Throughout 2025, the array of festival, gathering and celebration is broad and gives our visitor a unique opportunity to head to Perthshire to attend an event, whilst also taking in our sights and sounds.

As a small snapshot, a few highlights include –
Cancer Research UK Etape Caledonia (10th and 11th May)
Starting and finishing in Pitlochry, this fantastic cycling experience takes you through the heart of Perthshire. With 40, 55 and 85-mile routes, there is an opportunity for all levels to enjoy the lochs, and mountains of our beautiful region.
Perth Classic Car Show (7th June)
With 60 vehicles on display, this is a lot of fun for free on Perth’s streets.
Solas Festival (20th to 22nd June)
Running since 2009, Scotland’s midsummer festival encourages thought, discussion, relaxation and more. With poetry, song, and debate, the festival brings together people from across the world looking for inspiration.
Patter at the Palace (27th to 29th June)
Headlined by the hilarious Milton Jones, quick-witted Russell Kane, Scottish farming funny man Jim Smith, beloved stand-up veteran Ed Byrne, and the razor- sharp, absurdist genius Dylan Moran.
Scone Palace International Horse Trials (21st August to 24th August)
The inaugural Scone Palace International Horse Trials headlines Perth’s summer activities. Set in the stunning parkland of Scone Palace, and combining food, drink, shopping and fun for all the family, this is one event not to be missed.
The Enchanted Forest (2nd October to 2nd November)
Having welcomed over 800,000 visitors over two decades, this is a special winter wonderland experience. A visual masterpiece, taking full advantage of Perthshire’s spectacular trees and woodland.
