As diners take their seats for the best of local produce they will have a choice of either being surrounded by centuries of exquisite Scottish traditions or dining in the latest outdoor contemporary pods. After your dining indulgence, you could relax in front of a roaring fire for a wee nip of whisky or two along with local storytelling setting the scene with history echoing from every nook and cranny. Or take in the splendour of the countryside around you with one of the many award-winning gins or some charming champagne along with the right entertainment to finish off your experience.

Blair Castle

Blair Castle has been the home of the Atholl family for over seven centuries. The castle has had a diverse history, witnessing both turbulent and peaceful times, enlarged and adapted over 750 years.
