Arrival into Dundee airport ready for journey into Perthshire.

Check in to Crieff Hydro Hotel in Crieff – unwind in the beautiful gardens and enjoy delightul walks within the 900 acre Hotel estate.

See for yourself how Crieff Hydro is working to conserve the Woodlands that surround it, planting a variety of trees including endangered conifers, and promoting the ideal habitat for birds, red squirrels, and bats, amongst other fauna.

The Glenturret Distillery, is nestled just beyond the Hydro and is Scotland’s oldest distillery. The distillery has just been awarded a Michelin Star, so one for your visit list of excellent examples of both fining dining and sustainability in embracing the environment.

Full Scottish Breakfast at Crieff Hydro, before donning boots and outdoor wear for the next adventure!

Coach-ride through breath-taking Highland Scenery toward the town of Aberfeldy

Stop-off at working Highland hill-farm Errichel, home to Thyme Deli & Thyme Bistro. Tour the working farm and feed the ethically-reared animals with Managing Partner Becky, whilst discovering the sustainable ‘slow food’ philosophy underpinning the enterprise, before enjoying lunch created by Top Chef and Managing Partner Paul Newman, in the ’roundhouse’ of Thyme Bistro, drinking in stunning views over the Tay Valley.

Proceed through the pretty town of Aberfeldy, to Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery, one of the first in Scotland to install a biomass boiler to power whisky production. On a personal tour, discover the importance of the distillery’s pure water source, the Pitilie Burn, and finish in the distillery’s hidden ‘Secret Bar’ for a tutored tasting of its delicious whiskies, and perhaps a cocktail or two.

Full Scottish Breakfast at Crieff Hydro

Coach to Perth, to discover how this beautiful riverside city aims to become ‘Europe’s most sustainable small city’.

Arrival at Willowgate Activity centre, to discover paddleboarding, an amazing way to see the city (as well as wildlife and spectacular scenery), as you glide past at a tranquil pace.

After a delicious home-made light lunch at Willowgate’s cafe, you’ll enjoy a beautiful scenic walk into Perth’s city centre, to take a break from nature and enjoy some culture, with an afternoon recital at Perth’s beautiful concert hall, before a coach takes you to your next destination.

Enjoy an early dinner in the stunningly-refurbished private dining facilities at Murrayshall Hotel, with a delicious three-course meal prepared using the best locally-sourced ingredients.
