Congratulations to Craig and his team, at Murrayshall! 

With huge excitement and pride, we are delighted to announce that our brand new, fine dining restaurant Eòlas has been awarded the greatly esteemed accolade of 2 AA Rosettes; a well-deserved confirmation of the exquisite cuisine enjoyed by all who dine with us.

Congratulations to Head Chef, Craig Jackson and his Sous Chef, Paul Palombo, as well as the rest of the team on this fantastic achievement which is testament to their hard work, passion and talent in the kitchen.
